Damage/Return Policy
All products on Super Klin are eligible for a replacement/refund, depending upon the claim and our validation. Super Klin has 48 hours return policy which means that a request for a return should be placed within 48 hours of receiving the product. Refunds are issued by Super Klin only when,
* the order was cancelled by the customer or Super Klin.
* the customer returned a product and requested for a refund.
* the order placed has not been shipped/lost.
The refund will be processed by us once we validate the situation and after we receive the originally ordered product back from our courier / logistics partner.
